“Do not buy from Giga Tires. Ordered 1 Tire for a customer waited almost a month still no tire. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone they don't answer emails or return calls. When I finally talked to someone to cancel the order and get a refund, they said they would look into it its been 2 weeks and still have not heard back. Please beware of this Company I would not buy anything from them Horrible Customer Service. We ordered another tire for our customer from another source and received it in 3 days. Needless to say we are out almost $250. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from another source.

“I ordered 2 tires here, they only shipped me 1 tire. I called and they said they'd open investigation and after that they'll ship the other tire in 2 to 3 business days. I then get an email saying they refunded me for 1 tire. I didn't need a refund, I needed the second tire. Now my daily driver has been laid up while waiting on this. Will never order from here again”
“Purchased tire on September 28, 2024, and received confirmation email the same day via e-mail. Two days later, on September 30, 2024, Giga sent a cancellation email, canceling my order---without my consent or approval.
Despite calling four times and waiting on hold about 30 minutes per call, customer service never picked up, so I decided to send an email---responding back to the cancellation email they had sent, stating,
"Hello
I never authorized the cancellation of this order---which was canceled without my consent---after it had already been confirmed via email. Please reverse or re-process the order at the same price, or call me to complete the same.

Giga responded the same day, stating,
"Thank you for reaching out.
We are very sorry we had to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are sold out of that tire at that price! I would like to offer you a coupon. The coupon is for 5% off your next order. Please use coupon code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX."
I responded back the next day, stating,
"Hello,
Once I placed the order, a contract was formed between myself and Giga-Tires. I then received a confirmation email, memorializing and confirming the contract.
Once a contract is formed---and confirmed---one party to the contract would not be permitted to unilaterally back out, or amend the contract. Otherwise, it would be a breach of contract.
Please forward or consult with Giga's legal department to remedy this.

“Company is a fraud and a scam. I hear it from one of them. My customer I ordered 4 tire to them. I pay for it 5 days after 5 days they accuse me. You didn’t pay first after we give them a confirmation number. They asked me do you want me to send your tire now? They didn’t send my tire and they charge my credit card full amount of money. If I didn’t notice it they didn’t have an attention to send my tire.”
“Do not purchase tires from this company supposedly at a 50,000 mi warranty I got 9,000 miles out of the tires. They would not replace her prorate I repeat do not buy”

“Ordered 4 tires and received 3. Contacted Giga asking for an ETA on my last tire. They emailed me back confirming that I was missing one. I confirmed. I told them that I didn't want a refund, I want my complete order filled.I didn't hear from them so I contacted them asking when I would receive my tire. They issued me a refund without me requesting one. Not sure what part of I don't want a refund, I want my tire didn't they understand!!! No solution for me. They just didn't care. “I ordered two tires from them, they got their payment immediately then the tires couldn't be shipped out because they couldn't find them, I reached out, they said they were still going through their suppliers and assured me they be shipped. I waited, two days later they finally shipped and said they would arrive Friday. I waited around Friday to receive a message at the end of the day saying they would arrive the following day also FedEx lied through their teeth about everything. The following day I receive ONE of the two tires and some nonsense about another fedex truck is coming with the other tire. I called FedEx customer service twice to investigate. Currently, I am sitting here waiting for the other supposed truck or a phone call from FedEx about the other tire. In either case this was a terrible ordering experience in which every part of this order has gone horribly. I haven't event gotten to find out if the tire is good yet.”
“I order four 225/60/16 they took $174.40 from my debit card I didn't receive a confirmation or payment receipt called the vendor they tried to convince me that they had not been paid and my items were still in the cart I contacted my bank and just as suspected they had indeed been paid yet still trying to get more money from me they are still holding the funds so my bank can't even so a fraud claim upon it but as soon as it post I will be making sure that they will no longer do this to anyone else all i wanted was tired they have my money but refuse to acknowledge it”
