“Very professional service from start to finish. Definitely over exceeded customer service expectations. I ordered a guitar that was currently out of stock got that moment. Was constantly emailed when the shipment would arrive and when it would finally be with me ect. Was helped with amp choices to also suit my needs.”

“recently had several weeks drum tuition lessons at Gig gear Harlow with Rebecca who is a superb drummer and excellent tutor and learnt a lot of helpful hints and tips from her, although it made me realise that it would take many many hours of extra practice to be as good a drummer as her! Really recommend it though, very useful for new or under rehearsed musicians!! Also bought some drum gear and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with all kit, so thanks. regards Steve Bayford”

“Always very helpful, nothing is to much trouble, I have bought 2 amps and a Taylor in last 4 years and I'd always go back there to make my big purchases; they know their stuff. I live an hour away but it's worth it to find the right product.”

“Just a great musicians store. Helpful staff, great selection of Guitars, Basses, Drums, Amps,Instrument cases , music tuition books Strings etc! etc! If it's not in stock they will get it for you no problem. There are also tuition rooms for beginners who want to learn guitar ,bass ,banjo or ukulele . etc! Plus an on site workshop for guitar set up, string change and more. Gig Gear has got to be in the best music store in and around the Essex/ Hertfordshire area.”

“I've bought two Taylor guitars from GigGear over the past few years and have visited the store on several occasions. They are always very friendly and helpful without any sense of pressure to buy. My most recent purchase was a Fender Elite Telecaster where I p/x'd a previous tele, all was painless and agreeable price wise. I'd recommend the store to anyone looking for their next purchase.”

“Ultra fast delivery, in fact delivered 2.5 hours after I placed the order, guitar had a full set by their technicians and it was set up brilliantly, played like a dream straight out of the case. True professionals ,wouldn't hesitate to buy another guitar.”
