“We've visited Gig Gear many times now, trying and buying a variety of products over the years, from Guitar Amplifiers to drumsticks. We've always been greeted with a friendly reception and as much help and assistance as we needed. A couple of the staff greet us as old mates now and we feel very comfortable in the shop. On line, it is very easy to compare deals and special prices and Gig Gear has shown their commitment to competitive pricing and is consistently able to match their competitors effectively. I'm sure we will enjoy many more visits yet!”

“I have had the pleasure of making several purchases from Gig Gear. Every time the service has been A1. The staff are all friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic about the products they sell. They are more than happy to spend time with you to explain things. When I've ordered things in that they've not had in stock at the shop they've even driven them round to my office as soon as the items have come in.”

“Dear All, I am a Classical guitarist, but these days play in a led Zeppelin tribute act. I purchase all my gear from Giggear in Harlow, great shop, great personnel who know what they are talking about and a great technical workshop. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any serious musician. The equipment sold is exceptional, the staff themselves are musicians who are approachable and understand the problems regularly encountered when performing live. The best Music place that I have come across in a very long time. Carmine Procacini of GetZeppelin.”

“Recently bought my amazing Martin 000-15m acoustic from Giggear. The guys were really friendly and happy to help and offer advice. They have a great selection of stock to try. I part exchanged some old gear which is really useful to help reduce the cost. Also really like they have there workshop and guitar tech on site as many shops send guitars away for work to be done.”

“Brilliant service, I had ordered a guitar which arrived at the dispatch location damaged. The guitar was sent back and a new one ordered. It took a few extra days but the problem was discovered and sorted well before it got to me which was a far better result than trying to send it back myself if it had got to me broken.”
