“Purchased an Epiphone acoustic and hard case. The guys at Gig Gear made the whole online process really easy.(despite the Corona virus situation). They kept me updated on my order/delivery. “I tried a Fender Vintera 50's Stratocaster before the Corona Virus stuck and closed everything down, as usual the guys at Gig Gear were very helpful but didn't have the guitar in Sea Foam Green the colour I wanted, they could order it in a special. Then everything shut down, Now things are starting to get a lot better, I decided to make an enquiry on line via their web site, Rob came back to me within a matter of hours stating he could order one for me if required, I placed the order, they gave me a discounted price as a special offer which I asked about, and then placed the order. They called me back within a week and said it was ready to collect, which I did...Always made to feel welcome at Gig Gear.. nice guys only to willing to help.. thank You”

“This was my first transaction with GigGear. I needed some strap buttons for a Strat and they had some Fender ones in stock. Delivery time was great considering the Covid disruption. As for the strap buttons, perfect for the job and a reasonable price.”
