“The staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful without pressurising in any way. They knew exactly what I wanted even though as a beginner I am not up on all the terminology. A very pleasant experience. I will go again and recommend to friends.”

“Bought a Fender Telecaster online from GigGear after trying one in the shop. Great service from these guys as always - (bought a Strat there only a year ago). The Tele developed a faulty switch after a few weeks - took it into the shop and they put a new switch in for me. Got the guitar back the same day! Service don't get much better than that :)”

“Excellent service from gig gear from start to finish, the ordering couldn't have been any easier, they called me up and told me when to expect delivery . I purchased an eppiphone dot complete with hard case, it's beautiful, all set up and ready to go .. Amazing !! Thanks guys”
