“A awesome service. Rang to get details of 2nd hand guitar and assistant fetched and gave detailed description. He described 14 day no quibble guarantee and even pointed me in the direction of the offers part of the website which got me £20 off. When the guitar arrived it was in pristine condition and brilliantly set up. It is like a new guitar! I cannot fault the GigGear service - well done!!”

Rob was really helpful in talking me through what I wanted and helping me find the right product for my needs and the work was completed much quicker than anticipated. Also got my guitar nicely cleaned and had the truss rod adjusted in the bargain.”
