“My first dealing with Gig Gear.here' s the story :- 25/6/2014. 14.20 hrs. Ordered an Epi.Sheraton on line. 26/6/2014. 11.15 hrs. Package arrived undamaged. Opened package and said wow,the guitar was immaculate. By 11.30.(less than 24hrs.)I was playing it. On my own experience I would say, "If you know what you want and Gig Gear have it in stock" ,GO FOR IT. Big G”

“Looking to upgrade my bass combi I tried a visit to Gig Gear. You know when you go into some shops and everyone pounces on you looking for a sale until you just want to get out? Well none of that here. Sure they greet you but no hassle, and when your ready to try something out they cant be more helpful. After trying out several amp/speaker/bass combinations I was sure they would be getting fed up with me, if they were they didn't show it! In the end I walked out the happy owner of a Little Mark III head and Traveller-102P Speakers and have been back several times since then.. Their bass section is actually quite small compared to their guitar and drums sections, so I would definitely recommend them to all musicians.”

“Because Paypal overode my delivery address with a previous one my goods did not arrive however Gig Gear were prompt and curteous with my enquiries and as the goods were held at the Post Office I was eventually able to collect them. Good service ffrom Gig Gear if not Paypal.”

“The footswitch is substantial and looks like it would take a lot of stomping on and is heavy so doesn't slide across the stage so easily. Some other reviews said that the LED might not work with some amps. I am using a rather obscure make of mixer so was pleasantly surprised it worked perfectly for switching on the echo effect for vocals. Nice long fixed cable too. Delivery was superfast (next day) even though I went for standard Royal Mail. Very good buy allround.”

“Everything came in good time and as expected. The only minor flaw I found with Gig-Gear is the fact they provided little or no information about the despatch of the order or any sort of tracking information for this parcel. It just so happened I needed this delivery more urgently this time and Gig-Gear were more affordable as a last minute shop. The package seemed to appear suddenly a couple of days before I really needed it which was a massive relief. Maybe look into trying to provide a little more information in future, even if it's just a despatch confirmation and nothing else at least you'd know the parcel would be on it's way.”
