“Ordered Martin 180 strings for my 12 string guitar, regrettably these strings were not in stock at the time but Keith Lambert replied immediately and offered me a set of Ernie Ball 2010 earthwood strings at the same price which I accepted. Great service and great product. Thanks Keith. Much appreciated.”

“I bought the Roland RH5 headphones to use with my guitar and Roland Micro Cube. Wish I'd bought them a long time ago now. The sound is excellent, they come with a long cable which is handy and they are lightweight. Excellent! Great service too, ordered online and I had them two days later. Great job!”

“This is not my first shopping experience with Giggear, so I was really expecting to receive the same high standards of customer service I would ordinarily expect from this retailer. Under the circumstances, and given that they got this order by default due to another supplier's failure, I wasn't disappointed and I would say you can shop with confidence in every respect at this outlet.
