“After much research, I ordered a replacement pickup for my bass. I thought I'd try this company out because I hadn't heard of them before and they had the best price. I soon received an email that said they had 'ordered it in' and it 'should be with by the end of the week'. Which it wasn't. It turned up after the weekend on the Tuesday but I was missing four items which were vital for fitting the pickup. These were the battery clip, the screws and springs for the pickup and the battery 'bus'. I emailed giggear and the reply was 'sorry to hear this'. They said they'd email a certain company and get them to put the missing items in the post. Today I just received the battery clip by second class mail. No word on the other missing items. You only need a couple of poor reviews before people start shopping elsewhere and you have to get your customer service sorted for when things go wrong! Which they occasionally will. Sort it out giggear.”

“I was testing out a Roland juno ds and was given unlimited access over a two day period. It was nice to be left alone to explore the machine with no hard sell just informative advice on request. Subsequently, I purchased the keyboard along with a microphone and monitor speakers, which matched all online prices with the added essential advice. The whole experience was exemplary and I was delighted with the after sales care - a glowing recommendation, I wouldn't use anywhere else.”

“Viewed a limited edition SG on ebay and couldn't decide wether to buy it so I called the store to get some more information. Spoke to a really gregarious and helpful guy who not only persuaded me to buy the guitar but told me to buy it via the website as they had a £20 online discount running ! Guitar was delivered for free next working day - fantastic service and I love the guitar . Thanks a million .”

“I ordered a guitar on GigGear and recieved it the next day. After a few days decided it was,nt for me so i sent it back and recieved a full, no quibble refund. I have since ordered another guitar and recieved it just as promptly as the first and it is a great instrument. All in all a great service, thank you.”
