“I recently made 2 seperate purchases from Gig-Gear, in 2 orders. Everything I wanted was in stock for the first order and it arrived in just 2 days. Not all the order was in stock for the second purchase but even then, it still only took another couple of days before it was with me. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition having been packed and packaged very well indeed. Both my orders were delivered by UK Mail and I was able to track them from the time of dispatch. UK Mail give you an hour time slot when you can expect delivery. Both my orders arrived a few minutes after the first allotted time. Excellent service. If you need anything music-wise, I strongly recommend you go to the guys at Gig-Gear. You'll get the best advice if you need it and terrific value for money. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a real pleasure to deal with. So go to Gig-Gear and can I honestly say you won't regret it.”

“Always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are knowledgable and it's nice to be greeted on first name terms when I walk through the door, even if it's just for another handful of plectrums, as well as the occasional larger purchase.”

“My 9 year old daughter began guitar lessons with Paul Furness about a month ago. She had never played the guitar before but after one lesson she was playing a single string tune. Over the next couple of weeks she has continue to improve and develop. This is all down to Paul who has been brilliant, He knows just how to teach her and offer encourage her so thank you. She really enjoys the lessons and is so keen to learn. She is very shy but Paul is great with her and knows how to speak and teach her.”

“Initially tried a few guitars out at the store, The guy in the guitar department was very helpful. I made my decision at home based on what I had tried in the store and ended up ordering one online as the model/colour I wanted wasn't in stock. I was kept informed by email regarding expected delivery. The Fender Stratocaster was delivered direct to me and was in perfect condition.”

“I bought some guitar strings from GigGear on eBay. I bought 4 pairs of strings for an 8 string baritone ukulele. The description and the eBay page enabled me to find exactly what I was looking for.
