“I was first introduced to Giggear a over a year ago and decided to visit as I do not live in the local area. I was very impressed with the variation of quality instruments and vast selection of accessories. I found the staff extremely friendly and very helpful. I have since purchased several items of which I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Giggear.”

“I was recommended GigGear by someone who actually knows something about guitars. Due to Covid we couldn’t come in to browse so I rang and spoke to a really helpful man who gave me lots of advice about buying my daughter her first electric guitar. Everything arrived the next day very well packaged all in one box. I would recommend GigGear and will certainly be buying from here again in future.”

“GigGear was so helpful they answered my questions. Rob was excellent in product info and keith set my guitar up they way I liked it. Even after I bought the guitar they were still kind enough to answer my questions. They returned my calls and tried their best to help me find other guitars I liked. Very good service and would always check if they have a guitar I like before I go somewhere else.”

“Bought a Faith baritone guitar. It was dispatched very promptly and was with me in just a couple of days. The guitar came with a hard case and everything had been boxed very carefully, which was very much appreciated. The guitar also seemed to have been set up just before sending it, as it was pretty much perfectly tuned. Excellent shop to buy from and will definitely buy from them again.”

“Was slightly apprehensive because I'd never ordered from GigGear before but they were the only online store with the Faith 12 string I wanted, and also at the lowest price. Communication was good, delivery was prompt, and a lovely guitar arrived in great shape.”

“I had bought an item without first seeing it in view of Covid and explained that it was not what I wanted. Took it back, with no problem for a credit note. Spent that immediately on an amplifier with much advice and demonstration. Very impressed with is business. They know their stuff!!”
