“So impressed - never used before - chose goods that were in stock - next day received an email to say not available and that you had checked with supplier and no way before Christmas delivery - alternative found and received the next day - don’t mind that there was an initial problem as Keith dealt with it so promptly and efficiently - definitely recommend and will use again 😃”

“Thought I'd give a new instrument a go, so ordered a very reasonably priced clarinet from GigGear. Was kept well informed of my order's progress via email, which was appreciated. My original instrument was no longer stocked, but was delighted to be offered one that was a little cheaper and in a hard case. Arrived well packaged and when expected. Managed to get a note out of it on the first go, which surprised me. Really pleased with the clarinet and the service. Would use GigGear again and recommend them.”

“Great communication and excellent products. Spent a little extra on a 7th Performance 2 Guitar Capo, as is well worth it! Ernie Ball strings as well, which are great. Lots of products to choose from and the website is easy to navigate.”
