“I went to buy an electric guitar for my son who is 10. This is his first guitar. Alex the person who dealt with us was very helpful and although the store was closing in 40 mins, he was very calm and patient. He advised us about the different options for amplifiers. We managed to get the guitar, amp and the accessories before the store closed. This made my son very happy. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with GigGear shop. I hope we will get the same level of service if we go back to them for any after sales or service issues.”

“A professional service in every respect. Friendly, approachable, knowledgable staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are given all the facts and supply you with all the advice you need regarding your prospective purchase. These gentlemen are no time wasters and put you in the right direction as soon as you walk in to the shop. They cater for everyone from absolute beginner to hardened professional and their common courtesy is the same for both ! The shop is stocked with a fantastic range of goods : you name it, they've got it and if they don't have it they'll get it for you in no time. Their guitar repair service is one of the most efficient services this COUNTRY has to offer never mind this shop ! A credit to the industry, a credit to the area and a credit to the country. I've been playing a long time and used shops the length and breadth of the country : these guys are well worth the visit !!”
