“If you’re looking to cancel after 24 hours of booking, expect to not receive your full refund. Only 50%. Would never book a venue with Giggster again. PeerSpace at least allows you 7 days after booking. Go with them instead.”

“I've booked through Giggster several times and have never had an issue until yesterday. But, I reached out and Joe and Olga had contacted me in the morning, researched my problem and fixed it within about two hours. They were FANTASTIC. Much appreciated guys :)”

“Customer service let me know I was not responding to an inquiry which my spam filter had labeled spam. Had they not monitored my acct for me I wouldn’t have known and lost a potential customer.”

“Our place is in Los Angeles we were being booked from Hong Kong. When I sent the custom rate through it did not show to the client. I messaged help, I noticed she was from Odessa, Ukraine, I asked if she was safe, she thankfully confirmed, and fixed the glitch easily. Thank you Giggster help! Stay safe Olga!!”
