I love Giggster more than Peerspace honestly. Customer service is way more responsive and helpful, and the set up is more user friendly and less complicated.

If you’re looking to cancel after 24 hours of booking, expect to not receive your full refund. Only 50%. Would never book a venue with Giggster again. PeerSpace at least allows you 7 days after booking. Go with them instead.

I've booked through Giggster several times and have never had an issue until yesterday. But, I reached out and Joe and Olga had contacted me in the morning, researched my problem and fixed it within about two hours. They were FANTASTIC. Much appreciated guys :)

There’s no one better than Anastasia. She gets on top of matters right away, takes them to heart and gets them resolved to your satisfaction. Anastasia is Giggster for me. I wouldn’t make a move without her. You can be sure that everything will go smoothly with Anastasia there to assist you.

I show many NYC locations on Giggster and Q's and/or issues come up with a requests and bookings. Customer support is amazing on Giggster, someone is always available to chat quickly and find the right answer or solution for me. I feel protected if I need advise or help on this platform, always.

Customer service let me know I was not responding to an inquiry which my spam filter had labeled spam. Had they not monitored my acct for me I wouldn’t have known and lost a potential customer.

Our place is in Los Angeles we were being booked from Hong Kong. When I sent the custom rate through it did not show to the client. I messaged help, I noticed she was from Odessa, Ukraine, I asked if she was safe, she thankfully confirmed, and fixed the glitch easily. Thank you Giggster help! Stay safe Olga!!
