“The customer service I recieved was excellent, I spoke to ginger6 a few times and they were very helpful each time. The item I purchased was as described and I am very pleased with it. When I purchased my item I made an upgrade and this process was quick and easy. The only issue I encountered was the operating system was installed on the wrong hard drive but this was quickly rectified and ginger6 offered multiple solutions. All in all I am very pleased and would use them again without hesitaion. Highly recommended.”

“The computer worked perfectly and I was informed about any problems with the built (there was only one, and it was the case not being in stock for another day). I would highly recommend getting a computer from them, I'm so pleased with mine :)”

“Order stated up to 10 working days for completion (5 working days for build and 5 for delivery), however, product came in only 7. Really high quality machines, very well built and fantastic service. Will never use a high street store again!”

“Reasonalble prices, good build/delivery times but poor quality. I have so far had 2 hardware issues with this pc and I have had it less than a week. Issue 1. CPU fan not properly connected and missing a part to connect it. Issue 2. Additional cooling fan not in good working order and producing a horrible rattle when in use, I have had to disconnect it untill Ginger6 can hopefully send me out a new fan. So far the customer service has been ok, but lets see what happens now iv raised my issues with them.”
