“I was extremely satisfied with the service. When I had put my order through on the web I was happy. But they rang me to inform me that the configuration wasn't possible, which I thought was a great service. They really want to take care of their customers.”

“The service was great, Leah is very nice and helpful. I had the machine sent to Ireland and it was here in great time- 2/3 days. Unfortunately the DVD drive had come unplugged in transit, I had to have somebody to fix it here or pay for it to be sent the whole way back and redelivered to me- That's the only thing I will say could be a problem. Everything else is great- the computer is running really well, Highly recommended!”

“My experience with Ginger6 was both good and somewhat bad. Starting with the (very) good - customer service was second to none. Leah answered and accommodated any queries quickly and efficiently with a phone call. I was actually quite a difficult customer changing the components of a custom PC order 3x times! I felt terrible as each time I made a change the CPU and/or motherboard had to be changed and the CPU cooler taken off. I the last one was made after the whole unit was built and was ready to ship! Despite this Leah and the Ginger6 team were really forgiving about it and made the changes as requested. That is the gold standard for customer service. The unit was delivered on time on the day specified. Now onto not the so good stuff. When the PC arrived the case fans were blowing the wrong way and had obviously been installed incorrectly. The case I had was the Cooler Master Storm Trooper. There are dust filters top and bottom of the case, which means any fans on the sides need to be blowing outwards. But of course they were blowing inwards. Secondly, the XDock (2.5" hot swappable SSD bay) had not been connected to the motherboard. So a key feature of the case was not working - it's not that there weren't enough mobo connectors or SATA ports. it's just wasn't installed. Sending back the unit would be a big hassle so I had to open the case and turn around the fans and connect the XDock myself - of course voiding the warranty in the process.”

“Very pleased with the system. A couple of issues. 1. Had to format the hard disk - not too difficult but it would have been nice to have had it ready to go on Windows. 2. I had to install a video card - for CAD use - which I am told invalidates the warranty. Seems harsh. Surely the warranty should depend on issues with the base system? Having said that the system is workin fine and I am very pleased with it.”

“Prices fairly keen (although two days after I made my purchase, the same was advertised 20£ cheaper!) :-(. Friendly staff. Quick turnaround 3-4 days. Had a slight problem, and they quickly resolved. Yep, I'd use them again :-)”

“Ordered a desktop specific for my needs, placing the order was very straightforward, good comms and delivered on time, minor issue on set up (my fault for connecting one of the monitor leads into the wrong port) this was resolved with a call to Ginger 6, a week on the PC performs great, very quick start up (would recommend an SSD in addition to a second hard drive) all in all great service.”

“I orderd a zalman fan and was disappointed that the AND clip was missing, after calling ginger6 for a replacement the service was fantastic, they had a replacement part posted out to me next day delivery.”
