“As a parent in my late 40's wanting to buy a gaming PC for my son for Christmas I contacted Ginger6 for some advice. The person I spoke to talked to me in a way I could understand and came down to my level!! After a ten minute conversation he got the bottom of what was needed and suggested the best pc available in my price range. I have since made to purchase and delivery was five days later. Excellent all round so thank you”

“Very happy with my purchase. Contacted the company for a component upgrade after purchase. I received a call the next morning and happy with the upgrade fee. Good company with great spec pc's at low prices. Would highly recommend them”

“Ordered on the Thursday and delivered the following Wednesday, well within the 5 working days advertised. PC seems to be up to scratch - build seems good to my untrained eye. I amended my order on the Monday (added more RAM and wireless card) which were paid for and in the machine as promised. So far so good.”

“Great value and very helpful. We had a problem with a broken cable caused by a poor design feature of one of the casings (not their fault) and the guys at Ginger6 couldn't have been more helpful and we were fully up and running by the next day.”

“Fantastic advice, with a very quick build time. I think it only took 2 or 3 days from order to ready. Had the PC for 2 months now, running high end games and multiple applications at same time with no bother. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Buy off these guys for the great build quality and the fast friendly customer service!”

“Excellent communication from initial discussion of the specification I required, to the delivery day of the system. Could not fault the service whatsoever. Build time was extremely fast too. You fulfilled my order without any issues......which is getting rather rare these days! Thanks all, Rob.”

“Superb serivice. Husbands pc broke down about a year ago and we purchased from here. When our daughters pc broke down this is the first and only place we thought of. Son is asking for money for xmas as he wants to upgrade his pc and will be buying from them again. Fantastic quality, completely customised and a wonderful price. What more could we want? Build time and delivery were faster than stated and we are so happy with the service and products. Highly recommended and often recommend to friends and family.”

“I sent Ginger 6 my choice of components for a new gaming PC with the invitation that they made any suggestions they thought suitable. Kevin Wilson was most helpful and in the end exceeded my expectation. Having placed the order, I was informed the PC had been built within 2 days and even allowing for a week-end and Bank Holiday was delivered 3 days later. I am extremely impressed with customer service, efficiency and product and had the rating been available would have marked them excellent. Martyn Rundle”

“I have had 3 PCs now from Ginger6. Prices are good and delivery is quick. Website is easy to use to specify your requirements. A minor niggle on the last one but Ginger6 were keen to sort it out quickly. Happy customer. Would recommend.”

“Bought this machine for my son and he's delighted with it. Very fast service (arrived in 3 working days instead of 5) and the one issue i had (a loose internal power cable for DVD - came lose in transit) was easily dealt with once I'd contacted their support. Authorization to remove side panel, easy instructions and machine was operation 100%. No fuss. Support team, Kevin in particular, were very helpful. I will be using this company again and would recommend others to do so too.”
