“No care instructions or any advertising or card came with box. It was a misquoted message and it came 4 days earlier than scheduled which messed up surprise”
“They arrived badly damaged and when I requested replacement I got one vague response about a return label which was never delivered despite 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I am yet to receive any remediation 5 days later and they were supposed to be for Valentine’s Day which won’t happen since that is tomorrow. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.”

Upon receipt dead pedals that were shriveled in the bottom and the edges of majority of the roses look wilted already.
The color is pretty and the box it was sent in was of awesome quality.
I understand the process is expensive but for $130 for 9 roses, I expected the roses themselves to be a bit more fresh looking upon arrival.
These look like 1 week old roses that were then preserved.”
“I purchased theses flowers well in advance for my daughter. She was to receive them on her birthday (I paid extra for that). The day of her birthday (Saturday) I e-mailed the company to find out what time they would be delivered that day. I got a call from the owner saying that they were lost and would be sent out on Monday. A week past. No flowers. I contacted the owner again and she emailed me a picture of the address label and said they are on their way. Sure enough, they arrived 11 days later! I receive a discount because of the late delivery. For the price of these flowers, I would have expected better customer service. I will not use this company again.”
