“Arrangement was sent to wrong address; it was for granddaughter's 21st birthday. It was sent to me.........when I opened it, thee majority of the blossoms were laying loose in the box. I sent email with wrong address notification. No response. OF COURSE....no phone # so that I was able to talk to someone directly. I feel disappointed, and very ripped off! Believe me....the word has been spread.”

“Flowers arrived beautifully presented and simply beautiful. Only one comment....on the website, I picked a date to deliver the flowers (2/12), but the flowers arrived a week early and the date never showed on the receipt. I don't know if it is a programming issue, but I would look into it. Otherwise, great job!! She loved them!!”
