“Flowers came broken and flipped over sideways in box. Sent pics to customer service to be told I can get 20% off or be inconvenienced to repack and take to the UPS store (mind you I have none nearby) we took the 20% but canceled the thought of ordering for our 40 managers as gifts. This order was to see if we liked the product, which they seemed to be very nice, but they tell you in the Instructions not to handle or they won’t last, not sure how long these will last after bouncing all o er a delivery box.”
