“Very disappointed. I was to have a item delivered on Order 5427. Contacted you for reasons that you claim it was delivered to front door but recipient never received it neither did her neighbors. I contacted you a couple of days later still did not hear back from you after it was supposed to be “looked into”. I am not happy the gift was supposed to be a surprise and I found it was very embarrassing”
Hi Janeen, thank you for your review. We regret to hear that UPS was not able to properly deliver this package to you. We totally understand where you're coming from and immediately filed a lost claim as soon as you notified us about it and was then advised to wait as they're conducting an investigation about the package's whereabouts. Unfortunately, we have not heard any updates from UPS despite our several follow-ups. We stepped up, our team reached out to you on Dec.29 and advised you that we just went ahead and expedited a new arrangement and gave you the tracking number. This arrangement was delivered to you on Dec.31. Feel free to let us know if you have further concerns about this order.

We've reviewed your orders and not sure which one you're referring to, however, one of your orders was the Round Metallic Vintage and Burgundy. All of our roses are scented except for the metallic ones. We regret that we're not given the chance to work things out with you prior to this review. “The flowers arrived beautifully boxed. However, the flowers itself look a little worn and the color is not as vibrant as I had hoped. The color is also not consistent from one flower to the next. Although these are real roses they definitely don't look fresh.”
