“The price went up by nine dollars after I entered the promo code. I contacted customer service and they said it was a glitch, but that the higher price was correct… So I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. This company has good ordering processes and customer service. However, I will say that getting color match is difficult both virtually and over zoom call.”

“I placed 3 orders in a span of 6 months. The first order got me hooked. Couldn’t believe the thickness, no shedding, perfect color, etc. The second order was horrible! The hair had a green tint. Very flat didn’t curl not thick and shedding was crazy! Let’s not even get to the smell part! The third order, well let’s just say it was completely a different color then the photo! But it smelled better and was a little more thick then the second order. All three orders were different colors.”

“I’ve been using glam seamless for years, but the colors are not the same anymore. The same color I have been using doesn’t match my hair anymore and they used to match perfectly! I just feel that they should be mentioning if they change their colors.”
