“I placed 3 orders in a span of 6 months. The first order got me hooked. Couldn’t believe the thickness, no shedding, perfect color, etc. The second order was horrible! The hair had a green tint. Very flat didn’t curl not thick and shedding was crazy! Let’s not even get to the smell part! The third order, well let’s just say it was completely a different color then the photo! But it smelled better and was a little more thick then the second order. All three orders were different colors.”
“I’ve been using glam seamless for years, but the colors are not the same anymore. The same color I have been using doesn’t match my hair anymore and they used to match perfectly! I just feel that they should be mentioning if they change their colors.”
“I don’t know what has happened over the last few years, the quality of the invisi tape ins are horrible, you’re charging over $300.00 for extensions that tangle as soon as they get wet!! Not satisfied at all!!!”

“Your color swatches online are terrible. Not everyone has the time to order hair swatches. The color I received was way off compared to your photos. At least have in depth video online showcasing the colors. Quality of hair has gone down from previous years”

“Ordered a Rose Gold extension tool set but it came bronzed with a purplish hue. Purchased as a non returnable product, but it was never used and it definitely was not advertised correctly. Support was nice but wouldn't make the return, no exceptions. If you want a rose gold set, look elsewhere.”
