“I have been a client for almost a decade. The quality of invisitape has signifiantly been compromised. Each weft is so much thinner and the invisitape is no longer invisible due to the lack of hair covering the tape. In the process of switching brands, this may be the last order between my stylist and myself unless there is a visible improvement with this package.”

“Bad shipping experience. But I love the hair Glam sells .( Unfortunately, my perfect colors of extensions package was lost in transit via fed ex. )And because of the Black Friday sales Glam could not replace my colors needed for my waiting client. I had to pick new colors as close as possible but not the same I had promised client. I was also snapped at by an Glam associate claiming (not our problem). Told me to always get the insurance which I was not offered originally. (Very snotty associate ) that only added to my frustration and bad experience. Glam did nothing to help this situation feel better no discount no kindness. Zero. I still like the hair but not the customer service experience.”

“I am so disappointed in my extensions! I have always ordered cheap extensions from Amazon. Either Hotbanana brand or full shine and had okay experience. So I finally took a chance and spent the money that I heard these were worth and they have shed and knotted so bad! I am not sure if I got a faulty pair but they are horrible. I got them on 11/25 and by 11/29 I have taken them out. I only use professional tools and products and very LOW heat. I am heart broken and almost out $300!”

“The color of the hair I purchased was much darker than shown. I questioned whether or not it was the correct shade I ordered. The support staff was good at communicating but the samples they offered to send have still not arrived. I have an event this weekend and now I am scrambling to repurchase and reschedule my appointment. As much as this hair cost you would think that they were better at making sure the colors were consistent to the pictures shown online.”
