“I have once again today had to contact GC as I placed an order a week ago.... and still have not even recieved a dispatch notification. I needed these items for this weekend - this is really really poor form on the part of GC. These sort of delays are happening more and more often. Items are also very frequently not available even though you chose them and place an order - you very often get an email to say item is not longer available and to choose other replacement styles. This once again causes even more delays with the ordering process. Hardly any new items are ever added to the membership pool....all designer items(few that there are) are old and have been worn for years - I know as I have been a member of GC for many years.... same items being recycled over and over again. All reviews on items are on average 3-4 years old....as that's how long most of these items have been in circulation. No proper designer items such as Camilla have been added to the membership pool in years. It is almost like GC does not have any interest in the original members that helped GC get to where it is now. It seems as if it is a conscience effort to try and phase out the original membership plans....sad state of things.
Update : It has been 10 days now since this order was placed. What happened to 2 day dispatch?? I have missed out on all my outfits for events last weekend because of these delays. Not to mention the pure frustration on not even getting responses for more then a week despite numerous queries. What is GlamCorner doing to compensate customers for this? What is the point of a membership if you cannot even get items from the company?
It is obvious to see that GlamCorner is have major operational issues - all the negative reviews in the past few months on trustpilot bear witness to this.
GlamCorner needs to be honest and upfront.... and if we need to cancel our monthly memberships, then so be it. But we need accountability from this company. This is day 11 after placing my order.... and I have been told that I will still be "notified" once the order is dispatched. Will i even have items before this weekend? Or is this weekend also written off like last weekend? Very poor form!!!
Also interestingly to note - I put a negative review for GlamCorner on their website - it was conveniently "removed" off their site... makes you wonder how real any of their positive reviews actually are. Now let's see how long this review manages to last.”
