The husband's ring was too big (our fault), but they gladly accepted and fixed the ring. It took a bit longer to get the fixed ring but it was the holiday season so understandable. Everything is genuine, I know this because I took it to a professional jewellers and got it checked. Estimated delivery came 2 days late which for me was fine, so bare that in mind. ”
