“Intially I was annoyed at having to return the faulty rugby shirt I had ordered .I could not understand why I had to e-mail a picture of the faulty material and await instruction before I could return and order another one. However, after further e-mails and telephone conversations with Customer Services I did receive good service,on a needs led basis,and a new shirt arrived just in time for the surprise birthday gift I had planned. I do now hope that I receive a refund of the registered postage required to return the faulty goods!!!”

“Paid for first class delivery when item was ordered on Wednesday 4th June and expected 'Clyde' to arrive on Thursday 5th June ready for our 'commonwealth sports day' on Friday 6th. However item did not arrive until the morning post on the Friday, so 'Clyde' was unable to attend our morning sports :( he did enjoy the afternoon sports tho!!”

“On-line Order system was fine but when the wrong goods arrived, I was not happy. I spoke to customer services and they advised me to send incorrect goods back (more hassle) and they will then dispatch correct goods. I did stress that I needed the goods by 13 June for a birthday present and the girl I spoke to said that she would dispatch correct goods before receipt back of incorrect goods. Nothing so far! Not much confidence in them at the moment!”

“I ordered my son a pack of the Glasgow 2014 Team Scotland Gel Bracelets but received a pack of the Unicef bracelets instead. Not happy. Why should I have to spend money returning them when it wasn't my mistake. The order clearly states the "Scotland" gel bracelets.”

“Felt the actual layout of items to buy could have been better laid out, particularly as the Team Scotland merchandise was mainly on a separate e-mail? However, I am very pleased with everything I had chosen and I could not fault the paying/delivery process - excellent. I hope to place another order in the next few days once I have studied everything again.”

“Your postage is very expensive, and there was no cheaper option for slower delivery. I would have welcomed this choice. I also found it very difficult to work out how to have a different delivery vs billing address when completing my order.”

As noted in our terms and conditions 'There is a standard charge of £4.50 per order which will be added to the basket at checkout unless your item/s weigh under 50g then the charge shall be £1.50'.
