“Very good website, clear and easy to use. Easy to correct if you made an error. Fast delivery and merchandise of a good quality. I bought a tea towel and 3 Clyde mascots and all were well wrapped and in good order when they arrived. Without hesitation I would recommend.”

“Delivery was slow (one week from placing order to goods arriving), no confirmation email with a reference number received so not clear order had actually been received. Merchandise shops around the city not connected to online sales to unable to help with tracking where the order had got to. Contact phone number not easy to find on the website, but once I did, the service from it was extremely good in tracking down my order and confirming that it was actually on its way.”

“They use Hermes as delivery agents, so heaven knows if the order will ever arrive. They were allegedly out for delivery on Wednesday but never arrived. I'm off to Glasgow for the games tomorrow but without the T-shirts I ordered. I tried to ring Hermes but they insist you speak to the store you ordered from. So I tried to ring the Glasgow 2014 shop but no-one answered. So I emailed them. No reply. I can't recommend them, but it may just be down to their really poor choice of delivery firm and customer service. The T-shirts might be fine, but I will probably never know. Hermes is known to be really bad, so any firm that cares about their customers wouldn't use them.”

“I found this website really disappointing as shipping is restricted to the UK. Commonwealth Games are a global event yet the rest of the world couldn't support their team by wearing merchandise. Given I live in Australia I had to involve a third party in order to wear my team colours. Unbelievable lack of insight.”

“I collect mugs and wondered if I could get one for The Commonwealth Games. The web site was easy to find, and low and behold there was a mug. The whole process to buy one was really easy, and it arrived in one piece due to the excellent packaging. A great way to buy a souvenier from home.”

“Shopping online was easy but the item I wanted was not in stock which I only found out after buying. Refund was quick but online shop needs to stock control better. I would have bought something else instead, now I don't want to have to shop online again. Replacement stock not as nice as the originals but everything delivered quickly and on the whole service was good with good communication.”

“I wanted to put really good as when I placed my order I wanted it to come in time for me to wear to the games and it has with time to spare however I would have liked an email to say it had been dispatched so I could know approximately when it would arrive also I was not in when my order was delivered and I only found out it had been delivered today when my neighbour brought it around. A note was not left for me to say it had been delivered next door so I might not have received it at all.”

“My husband ordered a Team Scotland zip front hoodie and Baseball Cap, along with a Commonwealth games keyring. He is delighted with all items. They were delivered within a few days, the hoodie is a perfect fit and for once he does not have to turn back the cuffs to shorten the sleeves! A bit expensive but all are quality items, a great fit and quick delivery - couldn't ask for more really.”

“The sizes come up quite small. I am a size 14 and the large was too tight. Luckily I had ordered XL also, so need to return the smaller sizes ordered. Items arrived within 5 days.”

“Disappointing choice of merchandise. Lack of correct sizes so had to order a bigger size so my little one wasn't disappointed. Could have done so much better and so a real missed opportunity. Stella O'Shea”
