“No confirmation email. No idea when it was dispatched. Even after email sent to advise was told confirmation email sent and still no email. Reply to my email chasing up said item due to arrive 13th and arrived on the 11th.”

“I ordered a t shirt and wrist band and waited two weeks but was not informed the stock had run out. I ran the help line and that is how I found out. I realise the popularity but still I should have been told . I asked for an email to confirm refund for the t shirt and did not receive it Glasgow 2014 great ... Shop not so great”

“Be patient. Takes over a week to post things out. I assume this is due to volumes, but it would be nice to be kept informed. Be aware of high postage costs too.”

“I ordered two pieces of clothing a week after the games, clothing delivered and found the size was incorrect, so returned and placed order giving new sizes only to find my money has been returned as items out of stock and stock not being replenished, very disappointed indeed.”

“I successfully bid on a tent at £51.05. Only when I placed my order did I discover that I would have to pay £10.00 tax and £17.00 shipping for it. Where, I ask is it being shipped from Mars ??????? I live 20 mins from the city centre. These despicable shipping fees should be highlighted from the beginning not once you have won your item. So a tent I paid £51.05 for now costs me over £78.00. As a cast member at the Closing ceremony I find this is disgraceful. Glasgow you did us proud with the organising and the execution of the Games. You have now shamed yourself by ripping us off. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to purchase anything from your auction site. Yours disgustedly Gail Craig”
