“Order confirmed 4/7/14 and didn't arrive until 30/8/14 long after the games and the child's birthday VERY dissapointing service”

“I placed my order and when i got confirmation I was told everything was in stock and delivered in 3-5 day. After 2 weeks I had to inquire where my order was to be told that they hadn't got round to processing it. Then I got an email to tell me that many of the items were now out of stock. This is terrible to be told items are there then not i wouldn't have wasted my money on ordering things”

“Disappointed I did not get the tea towel I ordered 3 weeks ago as had sold out of the colour I wanted but could of suggested another colour instead as Green and red were in stock at the time. Instead they all sold out and I did not get one. But on the plus side I got the Tam hat which is brilliant and my class will love it.”

“Pleased with the backpack I ordered but disappointed that I waited four weeks then contacted you to be told the kids caps I ordered were out of stock I am sure I could have been informed weeks earlier especially when you knew the stock was not being replaced. They were for a gift to send to Australia so very disappointed.”

“The products I bought were great, the games were great. The online shop and service was awful. Took a month for the goods to be shipped. Had to phone to find out an item was out of stock to get the items shipped and the item that was not in stock was no longer being produced. I assume had I not called my money would have been kept and no goods would have been sent. Very disappointing. Especially given I paid full price and same items are now on sale.”

“I ordered some commemorative items wristbands & laces - for children, well before the Games started - they arrived the day before they ended. Not good enough - I wanted the girls to be able to wear them while the events were taking place.”

“A bit disappointed by the postage rates and slower than expected delivery. It was ordered on Sun 3.8.14, despatched on Tue 12.8.14 (in stock items were supposed to be despatched within 5 days). £4.50 for a 2nd class recorded Large letter delivery.”

“It depends on what order you are referring too, if it was GLASS022643, Order was placed on 7/8/14. Nothing was heard until 18/8/14 when I got an email saying one item was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked, so got my refund for that. Got an email saying item was on its way on 19/8/14 but did not receive until today (26/8/14) when delivery said it would be withing 2 working days”

“After waiting 14 days, I rang to find out when I was likely to receive my order. I was told that they had just received their order and would send items out. However, they were unable to get further stocks of tea towels so they would refund the money. I am still waiting”

“Made an order 3 weeks ago and only when i emailed about delivery did I get an update on delivery which has meant me not receiving my full order before heading to visit friends in USA with CWG gifts. Very disappointed”

“The item I wanted said available when I placed my purchase. I heard nothing for a few weeks so sent an email . I found out that the item was out of stock and now unavailble and therefore needed to be refunded. The other item I have purchased has still not yet arrived. I really did want a reminder of my visit to the games. I did not purchase anything when I was there as I was camping and travelled by train so it was difficult to carry any more items.”
