“Placed an order for Clyde soft toy, it said online that I would receive a confirmation email of the order. It never arrived!. 5 days later Clyde arrived in the post.”

“Really quick service, and I thought a great choice for men, less for women. It would be helpful to define the sizes either in cm/inches or clothes sizes, for example: I would say Ladies XL is 16-18 which I thought might be more generous. Looking forward to wearing them in support of Team England!!”

“The products seemed good quality and the parcel arrived promptly and in good condition with the contents we'll wrapped for protection. I was disappointed that the glass with the Whiskey miniature did not have the games emblem etched on it as I had expected it to. A Stewart (Glasgow)”

“I received no email to confirm the order. In addition to this when my order arrived by post I was two t-shirts short. I could find nothing within the package to explain this, other than the delivery note which was showing the 2 t-shirts which was what was in the package. The was no note to say there was a package to follow or any explanation. I had to go onto my internet banking to discover I had been refunded for the price of two t-shirts which I had to deduce meant they had gone out of stock...communication would have been appreciated!! I”
