“not enough merchandise, travelled to Glasgow to the big store TWICE, couldn't get what I wanted, still no joy on line. no 3/4 yr old t shirts, no Clyde 15'' dolls. could only order one for xmas time, wanted these items for my grandsons birthday, lots of complaints about the lack of merchandise. also no one was selling scottish products - like tunnocks teacakes . snowballs etc. what a lost oppurtunity. mrs Cameron.”

“I tried to order a closing ceremony badge from your website. The transaction appeared to go through, but since then I have received nothing. Neither confirmation of order, the badge itself or notification that I wouldn't receive it. I was very disappointed as I understand they were limited editions & having taken part in the closing ceremony I had hoped to receive one. However in terms of customer service, I expected better communication & left feeling very disgruntled Yours, one unhappy closing ceremony cast member :-(”

“Loved the variety and colours of your merchandise. Good prices too and super-efficient acknowledgment and dispatch. So proud you guys did such a good job in Glasgow! Well done and good for the UK. I await my cap with eager anticipation as it looks fabulous on your webpage. You should be proud of yourselves Galsgow. I think there had been more eclectic advertising as it wasn't that well spread unlike the 2012 Olympics.”

“Prompt and efficient initially but then error [one digit] in postal tracker number sent to me. However, my email highlighting this problem was dealt with extremely quickly and the error was corrected and then the goods were delivered. Overall 'good' but without the error, the service would have been excellent. Incidentally, I thought the CG 2014 goods were good but very expensive.”

“Very poor delivery times, it took over a week to arrive. Also discriminatory sale for Scottish people only, the 50% sale was only available in the Scottish store and not on line. This is clear discrimination and a racist attitude to other people such as the Welsh, English, Irish and people from overseas. How hey can be proud of this I don't know as they would be quick to complain if the English Olympics merchandise team the same!”

“I found the shop to be overpriced. Also lots of confusion between staff working there whether Glasgow 2014 volunteers with accreditation received discount in store or not. I had blue accreditation and I did not receive any discount!”

“Easy to find what you were looking for. Ordering process easy to navigate. Delivery prompt. Parcel well wrapped up and clearly marked fragile. Bought mug to replace one I had bought when in Glasgow that had crack in it. Order arrived safely and with no damage.”
