“Website easy to use and product arrived within acceptable timeframe. Only potential issue is that email address on website converted all characters into block capitals which meant order confirmation was not received.”

“My new 2XL Tee shirt is just fine - that is for my wife of course, as I really do need 3XL to stay loose and feel the comforts. Please let there be clothes to fit me, I'm too tall for my shorts so I really do need the longer Tee-shirts......and I'm probably too big for my boots as well anyway! Thanks.”

“The website is badly laid out with one item I wanted out of stock in one section but in stock in another. I eventually got an email to say the item was out of stock and would not be restocked and a refund was on its way. I reordered the item in a different colour and it has arrived yet the original order has not and I have had no communication about it other than to say one item was out of stock. Very poor service.”

“Bought clyde pin badges and one broke before we even got a chance to take it out the bag, found it in 2 parts at bottom of bag :-( have mailed to complaints but no reply as yet. Also wonder why Clyde (we purchased 2 £15 & £25) and both hands on both have Velcro on them but both hands have rough Velcro which is confusing and pointless. As expected prices were over priced and some kids items the quality was poor :-(”

“Ordered and paid 3 for items to receive an email days after telling me that they were sorry but didn't actually have the items to sell anymore!!!!! Admittedly they have refunded the money for me to go through the same rigmarole again, but in todays hi tech world v poor”

“Left hanging about for half an hour waiting for an answer to my query. The information I got the day before was incorrect and made me waste a morning travelling in for an item which wasn't there. Also got a photo taken which developed with green hair I have blonde hair so again had to make an additional trip in for them to photoshop it, apparently the green background causes this. So all in all not a very good experience.”
