“I purchased 3 small items from the online shop on the 4th aug. 1 has just arrived no trace of the other 2. Tried calling the 0845 number to no avail also sent email, no response. If only they were as efficient at dispatching goods as they are at taking payments.”

“The service has taken far too long to process & deliver my order for 2 childrens T shirts. My order was made on the 3rd August & it is now 2pm on Friday the 15th August & I still have not received the T shirts. Far too slow as I will now have to post the items to New Zealand instead of giving them in person to the children.”

“Bought item on-line. It was faulty. I asked for a replacement. They said it wasn't possible on-line - they could give a refund (if I sent photos of fault), but I had to go to a shop for a replacement! Waste of time.”

“I am writing this at the request of the company even although I have still to receive the goods I ordered. Service has been extremely slow. What does it take to put a lapel pin into a bag, stick an address label on it and post it. It was ordered (and the order acknowledged) on August 3rd, 11 days ago, and the person it is for is still waiting! Please don't tell me it's because of the volume of orders as other companies can do it.”
