“Items were very good value for money and exactly as described. Only issue I had was that I never heard anything for over two weeks from ordering. When I contacted them via e-mail I was informed items had just come into stock and they were then dispatched promptly. May be coincidental but seems odd they had just arrived.”

“I had to ring up 3 time to find out where my order was as when i placed the order was told it would be with me in 5 days, it in fact took 3 weeks. It has now arrived as is what i wanted.”

“Delay in sending products out, leading to the order not being packed until a month after the games had ended, and thus stock being unavailable which when ordered in the middles of the games was showing in stock. No communication of this until everything out of stock and too late as no more beig made. Disappointing after enjoyable games visit.”

“E-mailed when order had arrived after 10 working days. Received reply saying order had been delayed due to one of the items becoming out of stock and that the rest of the order would be sent asap. How long does it take to find that an item is out of stock? Why were the other items not sent? Do not know if order has arrived as am now on holiday.”

“Ordered some teeshirts to give as presents to guests who were staying with us from overseas, thought 2 weeks would be plenty of time. Parcel finally arrived 3 weeks later. Disappointing.”

“Confirmation of order stated key ring was in stock, dispatch 3 - 5 days. After 15 days still no order. Sent e-mail, order being dispatched that day - was it forgotten? We'll never know. Now have key ring.”

“the onl;ine shop was not working correctly the first time I tried, which was the day I received the email information. I sent in a message to get this sorted and waited a few days for a reply. once I had that I was able to order, and luckily the item was still available;. I waited weeks for the delievery. so yeah I have the shirt, and it looks like its the one ive ordered, but the service surrounding the purchase was really bad. the shirt is for my mom, if it had been for me, I would not have even tried any further.”
