“Absolutely ,100%,utterly,completely dissatisfied with this service.Ordered goods on 27/7/14,here we are on1/8/14 still have not received item,a gymsack,incidentally,had to register to buy,was informed an e-mail confirmation would be sent,still waiting,had to call to find out where goods were,told they were dispatched 29/7/14 still not here!I live 5 miles from shop which is like a battlefield hence the reason to buy online.Big mistake!”

“The grey T shirt in xlarge was perfect but the England Polo shirt was labeled xlarge but was a very tight fit disappointing”

“Very pleased with my purchase. "Clyde" arrived in good time. A bit disappointed with the 4 pounds sterling carriage charge, however, as Clyde was only 8 pounds to buy. Other than that, a very efficient quality service.”

“Ordered 2 items online on Saturday morning and they were delivered the following Thursday. Happy with the items too - baseball caps, they are better quality than some I've seen and reasonably priced too.”

“I have purchased these mascots from Australia and had them delivered to my cousin in Dundee. I will collect them when I am in Scotland later this month. I am very impressed with the quick and efficient service and looking forward to seeing my purchases.”

“I purchased a Pictogram Tea towel for my self & a small Clyde for my daughter.They were purchased as keep sakes of the Games. The tea towel is excellent quality by Ulster Weavers, the individual sporting events printed in bright colours. Clyde is cute with his purple spiky hair. Excellent products and super fast delivery-arrived exactly when I was told they would.”

“the process of setting up to place an order was quite long and not really needed delivery time was ok and efficient the product I ordered was two 150mm Clyde dolls , at eight pounds each plus potage, on arrival I was disappointed in the dolls and felt they were way over priced also the postage costs was expensive for the item that arrived wont be using the shop again”

“great service and information on the pdf reciept was very good telling you when or if your item is in stock. giving online shoppers the oppertunity to purchase some of the opening and closing ceremony pins limited edition was a great idea. web site was easy to use”

“It was quite good but ran out of products very quickly and did not get anymore back in. There was a few products i quite liked but there never seemed to be any left which left me quite disappointed. Although i know there was a high demand for all products it was not very impressive and could have been rectified with better planning.”
