“It was a brilliant event overall. The only down side was the transport issues but in the sunshine, it wasn't too bad and a number of the staff at food services not turning up at Ibrox.”

“Service was excellent. Loved all of the Clyde merchandise, but Was very disappointed not to be able to purchase an adult Clyde tshirt for myself. A big sales opportunity was sadly missed by management I feel.”

“I received my first order very timely and for the 2nd order I made a mistake which was correctly very quickly by one of the customer service responses. Just disappointed I missed out on ordering a Clyde mascot - I asked if there would be more coming into stock, but not heard any news yet via email. I see I can pre-order for Christmas so that's good!”

“Delivery speedy and efficient. Quality of items seems very acceptable and superior to other commemorative items I have seen on offer. Here's hoping the longevity is equally acceptable, since we went for serviceable items, rather than novelties. Nice to have a constant reminder of the fantastic Games experience we had as a family.”

“Good although I have not received the goods yet!!!(ordered last Monday) I was a bit disappointed with the merchandise choice - id hope to be able to by the team england red and white hoodie on line and also something from the rugby sevens The shop at IBROX was very disappointing”

“I was very happy with the service provided, my order was delivered, quickly and although I was out when the courier arrived and he had put a card through the door saying he had tried to deliver my package, and would return the following day he did return on the same day and I was delighted with my purchase. “A very easy website to follow, description of goods could have contained more detail eg size of pins, size of 'blankets' - the sports pins I found rather tiny and the Team Scotland 'blanket' was more like an oversized large flag and rather flimsy considering it was for use in the Scottish temperatures (fortunately it wasn't needed due to the good weather but that was more by luck than judgement!). It is a good enough souvenir of the games though.The goods arrived very promptly and there is a clear returns policy which I won't be using as I want to keep the souvenirs with their drawbacks.”
