Over the period July 5 & 6 I tried on multiple occasions to make purchases from the site however the Sage Pay page would always state that the payment had failed. I tried with different cards with the same result. On July 7 I was informed by my card providers that all failed transactions had been authorised, this resulted in awaiting for refunds which have now been concluded. My advice would be to have IT support over weekends for this type of issue.

I had difficulty paying for items through SAGE. The transactions were showing they were failed on the website. When I tried again the following morning the bank had blocked my payment, as 5 payments had actually been taken from my bank. When I alerted the Glasgow shop of my problem they supplied one order and refunded the excessive withdrawals taken from my bank within 2 days. Whilst I was not pleased that SAGE had taken the payments and weren't notifying me, the situation was soon resolved by the shop.

The products are fantastic - the service was slow. It took nearly 3 weeks for my products to arrive. I received no confirmation email that my order had even been received - let alone dispatched. The "help desk" did respond quickly to my queries and were very helpful - thank you. But you should (a) ensure confirmation emails are sent, (b) inform customers about delays due to stock levels, and/or (c) put on the website prior to ordering that you are awaiting stock for particular items.

I was very disappointed in the quality and size of the Clyde figure which I purchased, I really thought it would have been bigger. especially for the price I paid. I wouldn't want people from around the world to think that we are ripping them off when they make purchases while visiting Glasgow for the games. I also visited the shop in George Square to purchase some magnets to take overseas when I go on holiday to Canada and once again for the price paid £6 the magnet is very small.

Children's t shirts ordered 1st June, money taken from account 2nd June. T shirts finally arrived 9th July after my having complained several times regarding no information on delivery time scale. Games "logo" on one t shirt is smudged.

Overall happy with the purchase but you could only supply 1 xxxl Navy Polo shirt not the two I ordered. As i didn't receive an email acknowledgement I had to chase you to find out where my order was.

I recently purchased a keyring from your website and on my first attempt it said order failed, please try again which I did a further two times! I then emailed you to check that I had not been charged 3 times and to ask how I coulld order a keyring. I had a very quick response saying that I had in fact been charged 3 times and that I would receive a refund for the 2 extra charges and that my keyring would be sent out to me. I have since received both my keyring, which is lovely and my refund, which I am glad was a quick and easy process. My problem was very quickly rectified, so I am very pleased with the customer service that I received, but I think that you need to look into your webiste ordering system, to ensure that this does not keep happening to your customers.

Bought T-shirts for the kids. Boy -9, Girl 12. Products are made of high quality, soft cotton. There was not a great deal of choice for my 12 year old daughter . We got her XS women's size blue v neck. She likes the slimfit cut. Very flattering on. Only one colour option was available for my son so a bit limited.We got him the Saltire Blue coloured Clyde logo Tee shirt. The stuck on design feels plasticky so might not survive a lot of washes. We can't wait until the games now!

I had to chase up my order a few times, and it still has not been delivered. I ordered a hoodie which is out of stock but it was ordered a couple of months ago and I have only had updates when I have requested one. I ordered so early I hadn't yet received the discount voucher with my tickets so now I still don't have the product, I wish I had waited but don't want to risk a further delay

Our order was placed on 5/6/2014 and it still hasn't arrived (7/7/2014). You are a disgrace to Britain's reputation, as well as our family's. We purchased gifts to send to our children living in Oz (the Commonwealth) but it's all too late now. Your apology 'script' in response to phone calls is seriously inadequate and your shop is professionally incompetent when their last excuse was that you haven't unwrpaped the goods yet?! Ordered two t-shirts (30th June) and received no confirmation. Only found out one wasn't coming as I had a refund in my bank account. Tried to login to check order but there was no such facility on the website. Emailed about it and was told that an email had been sent out about the refund on 1st of June (a month before I ordered) and it must have gone in my junk folder. Checked all folders and there was definitely no email sent. Very poor communication all round so will be ordering replacement t-shirt elsewhere.

As the Commonwealth Games is an event involving all Commonwealth countries, the online shop should also cater to the delivery of items purchased online to be done internationally. The items that I have purchased were delivered to my local agent in UK and have to be dispatched to where I live (in Singapore) as there is no international delivery.

Purchases arrived today. Love the Clyde mascots - what great fun to have and how appropriate to have a thistle. The fridge magnet joins all my other Commonwealth Games magnets (dating from 1982) and the pin badge will be proudly worn. I llove the colours & symbolism of the logo. Well done Glasgow!
