“Disappointed that my T Shirt hasn't arrived yet after paying £4.50 P&P. Also I feel there should have been some reduced clothing offered online as many items were reduced in George Square shop”

“Not enough stock of popular items; items out of stock and not being restocked were still available on the website; customer services team took days to respond and was unhelpful; goods overpriced and of very poor quality with no apology or forewarning and probably some obscure, long-winded refund process.”

“Despite ordering two sets of glasses with bottle of whiskey on 5th of august and my husband contacting company by e mail the gifts have yet to arrive .This has resulted in missed birthday presents so not impressed by company stating gifts would be delivered in 5 working days then when husband contacted company by e mail and being told gifts would arrive in 2 days nothing has arrived ,Would certainly not recommend this company .”

“Still waiting on order from 26th July. One item not in stock so finally had to phone to find out about rest of order. When finally arrived today both items were smashed so badly I cut my finger when opening parcel. Not nearly good enough!”

“Lack of info regarding order. I contacted them about the order and they informed me that product was no longer available - 2 weeks later. Still awaiting t-shirt. Response was quick after my contact but I would have appreciated quicker info as I was in Glasgow for the Games and could have purchased an alternative.”

“Hi there. I ordered a pin badge which came reasonably quickly and in good condition. Although I was happy to collect it from my local Royal Mail office, I found it surprising that such a small item needed signing for while my actual Commonwealth Games tickets were just posted through the door without a signature (presuming that was a separate department?) Also it was frustrating to initially find no programmes online. When I enquired and was told (very promptly by email) they had been added to the website, they had all virtually sold out the minute I looked. So I purchased them elsewhere online (for face value) only to find a week later the online shop had them back in stock and for half price (along with other 'sold out' items). My local John Lewis (Norwich) stocked nothing at all during the games, and the choice online was very limited too on their site. I did buy some items at the games and the rest elsewhere online. However, I am pleased that the Clyde mascots have been made available again and have reordered a couple for Christmas. All the merchandise I have bought has all been fine and actually a bit more attractive than some of the London 2012 items. The games itself were great and I thoroughly enjoyed them and Glasgow. “I ordered 3 clydes and a pack bag a few days of opening , to be told the bag was out of stock and they would send the rest of the order out! If I knew it was going to take this long, I would of went up and got them myself, very disappointed”

“Just arrived today. Cracks in the enamel of the key ring and enamel missing from parts of '2014'. Poor quality for the price and now in addition I have to pay postage for return. Most unfair.”

“This order was placed on the 6th of August and was scheduled to be delivered in 5 days it is now the 18th of August and I am still waiting service is abysmal and as a further insult the caps are now half price an absolute joke”

“I ordered two items on the 25th July (day two of the commonwealth games) and was told that the t-shirt was on order and would take up to 14 working days to reach me. After more than 14 working days I emailed to find out where my order was, to be told that not only was the t-shirt out of stock, but there would be no additional stock arriving. My order was subsequently cancelled and my money reimbursed. The lack of communication and subsequent cancellation of my order is very disappointing, especially since I can no longer purchase the t-shirt anywhere else.”
