“Terrible and very frustrating service. Placed order at the beginning of the month for a commonwealth event on the 22nd. The website stated. That all items were in stock. When I called to chase up the order they then informed me that two items where missing so they were waiting for them to come in. I told them to refund the two items and send the rest. I had to wait in for three days for the delivery as it never came when it was stated. Lots of phone calls, stress and frustration! Nightmare!”

“I found the staff really helpful. I had to make lots of changes to my order and the staff member dealing with my order was so patient with me. I found her most helpful. My oder arrived yesterday but unfortunately I wasn't at home to receive it. I am delighted to hear that it will be delivered tomorrow. Great service. Thank you.”

“Ordered and delivered within 5 days so very pleased. As the order was delivered through Hemmes it would be good if there was a delivery option to collect as my local Costcutter store is an agent for this company. Might encourage sales as this option cuts out postage. Just a thought.”

“The ordered items arrived really quick after placing the order and are exactly as shown on the website. Little down side is that I never received any emails confirming payment, shipping etc. I also could not have a different delivery address to the billing address which is a little bit inconvenient.”

“Nice quality but sizing a bit off. I am size 14 and ordered large t shirt, which was too small! Have returned and awaiting replacement in extra large!!!! No prepaid return slip, cost me £2.80 to return. Not happy”

“Unfortunately, when I ordered my 4 T-shirts online the site did not tell me that one was out of stock and, due to some sort of failure with their emails, I did not receive a confirmation email and subsequent email saying the T-shirt was out of stock until it was too late to amend my order (by several days) and so I had to pay another hefty delivery charge to have a different T-shirt sent-this is not what I expect when buying clothes on line.”

“I bought some Commonwealth Games souvenirs to send to my cousin in Australia as she was born in Glasgow and left when she was a teenager. I think she'll love them as they are good quality. I appreciate the fast and reliable service.”

“My order was was sent out promptly. I ordered the childs wool kilt which I was extremely disappointed with even though it was made by House of Edgar, a reputable cloth merchant. It was the thinest wool weave imaginable, and at £60 completely overpriced. The kilt itself was slightly too small which gave me good reason to send back. The employee I spoke to regarding my return was extremely nice. Full marks to Glasgow 2014 for customer service however the product looked cheap as the cloth was so thin hence a poor rating for goods.”

“Product of good quality. (3caps) the day I brought them on line the card payment was faulty. Ended up having to ring shop office to clarify the payment and order had been made successfully. No e mail confirmation. Staff member helpful. Goods arrived on time. Tracking process good. Pulse sell something with Wales on it !!!”
