“Although several items were available on the website shop. When ordered 95% of the order was out of stock with a promise of completing the full order in a couple of weeks. Then came the crunch, an e-mail stating that none of of the out of stock orders would be sent. Not only was this thoroughly disappointing the fact that my money had been taken in full was even worse. Not good enough a real let down”

“Ordered 2 items, waited weeks and then received an email to say one of items is in fact out of stock. Actually I wanted both or neither. The lack of organisation about stock when ordering and the delay are both inexcusable in today's online ordering. Appalling.”

“Was disappointed that two out of the three items I ordered were out of stock. I understand that the Games were over when I ordered, however my order went through with no indication that there were issues with stock. It then took several weeks for any further communication that there was any problem and therefore several weeks for a refund to be given. If there were issues with stock orders should not have been taken and refunds and communication should have been much more timely.”

“In stock.....you order and get confirmation, four weeks later late they then say their out of stock and refund my money. Total waste of my time !!”

“The delivery took much longer to come than advised by the supplier, despite being marked as in stock. The website was frustrating to use as the majority of items were marked as being out of stock. Only at the end of the ordering process was it indicated that it might be possible to still order these, but with a longer delivery time. The t-shirt, when it came, was good.”

“An absolute joke. 2 months after taking my money, I get an email advising me that the items I ordered were no longer available. They were clearly available when I made my order so what has happened since? Poor, poor non-service.”

“I ordered goods weeks and weeks ago now - have still not received anything. I have had conflicting emails re what is in stock and what isn't, so I am not sure what I will be receiving if anything !! Not impressed !!”

“I waited 5 weeks and my order hadn't been dispatched so had to get in touch and it seems my order had been forgotten about. When it finally was dispatched it was only 2 of the 4 items. The other 2 were out of stock and I'm assuming that's because I've waited so long and I would've got them if my order had been processed when I ordered it. Still haven't received my items. Very disappointed as every other aspect if Glasgow 2014 has been great.”

“I'm really disappointed with this shop. I ordered a lot of lovely tings, and waited for ages for them to arrive. A month on I receive an email saying that most of the things I'd ordered were not longer available and I'd be getting a refund. Do not recommend this shop, just a big disappointment.”

“Order was made weeks ago and items appeared to be in stock. I heard nothing until recently when I got an email advising that most of them were now out of stock. I have now received only 3 t shirts. Very poor customer service. Very unhappy with this.”

“I ordered 4 items. 3 weeks after the order I receive an email sayingbthat 3 were out of stock. So I have to pay full postage costs to get just 1 item. I would obviously nit have placed the order if I had known. Very poor customer service and very disappointing - particularly given the excellence of the Glasgow games”
