“The website was very slow. I received no confirmation emails of my order and ended up ordering some items twice.”

“Very disappointed. Order 4 things, only ended up with 1. Took nearly 2 months to deliver. Information provided piecemeal with four different emails about the items that were not available even though the website allowed me to order and pay for them. Required me to chase order up. In addition the website lists lots of things that are then not in stock when you look at them. I expected better.”

“Enjoyed shopping in the big tent in George Square in the weeks before the games as the staff were friendly and the stock well displayed. During the games the queues were so long I didn't take my visitors in !! It must have been good for your sales but a bit frustrating. The website was not very good ,eg I couldn't find things on it I had seen in the tent.”

“2 orders. Both have not been received. Orders changed as no stock after payment was taken. Had to chase orders myself for details. Not once kept to time scale in emails. Still awaiting last order!”

“I am very dissatisfied wit the service provided having made my order on 3 August I have to wait until 12 Sept to be told that I could not have one of the tea towels that I wanted and have only been sent the remaining order. I had no opportunity to revise my order and now have less goods than I desired. Bad service all round.”

“The on-line shop was not quite as straight forward as it could have been in the sense of moving between the different sections of the shop. Nonetheless it was certainly not the worst on-line shop and the goods arrived safely and in good time.”

“For a while I thought that my order had been forgotten/ was just not coming as I didn't recurve anything regarding it's status or location for over 6 weeks. This lack of communication was disapointing bearing in mind how much I paid for the item. It's not the best for but I'm not returning due to the poor service I got when it came through, at least it didn't take too long once it had been dispatched.”

“One item was out of stock, I wasn't told this until I queried why my order hadn't arrived although the debit has been passed to my credit card. If item was out of stock I should have been contacted straight away and offered an alternative before the debit was put through.”

“I ordered two items, one of which at the time was showing on order. The advice note claimed that in that instance, normal dispatch is 10 - 14 days. The money for both items was taken out of my account 2 days after my order. After 18 working days I sent an e-mail to enquire about my order only to be told that the item out of stock was no longer available and I would receive a refund. I wonder how long it would have taken to inform me of this if I had not sent my e-mail?”

“Items were out of stock that were shown to be in stock ...... VERY slow processing & delivery. Took money from y account immediately, even though items were then out of stock and money was refunded. VERY poor .... like most of the organisation of the games in our experience.”

“Really disappointed. Ordered quite a few 'in stock' items and a pre-order Clyde doll over a month ago and nothing received to date. Had e-mail stating some of the items were now out of stock and a line stating everything would be delivered early December due to the pre-order. When I chased they stated they were bulking the items together to save on P&P. This wasn't stated when I initially ordered, it said available items delivered in 7 days and the rest when available. Concerned that if I wait until December more items will become 'out of stock'. Complete shambles! Considering cancelling the entire order.”

“The poor rating comes from the availability of goods sold. Having ordered stock from the online store which stated in stock, only to receive confirmation email stating out of stock. Then having to chase after 3 weeks and then get credited for items which are no longer available. I would not have ordered if I had been told they were out of stock, as I may have chosen a different item.”

“After waiting for weeks I had to phone about the order,to be told one of the items would not be despatch as they were not making any more but money would be refunded immediately into my account it took four days to be paid into my account .”

“After promising delivery in about 5 working days upon order being accepted I had to contact shop after three weeks because I'd heard nothing. Then told only 4 out of 6 tee shirts purchased now available. Tee shirts just delivered now a month after ordering.”
