“really disapointed that there was only scottish and enland team stuff, nothing for Wales or N ireland. Manchester 2002 had all 4 home teams stuff at all venues. Had really hoped to buy some welsh stuff but to no avail.”

“I wasn't sent an email upon placing my order so was unsure that order had been received so I phoned . Was then assured that the order had been received and that in fact you were awaiting delivery of the mascot then my order would be processed. The order has now been processed I am unable to track the order because I don't have a tracking number. the link takes me to Hermes page but I can't track the order without a number. I will give more feedback when I have received the parcel.”

“I ordered and paid for a childs red rucsack and 4 Clyde toys well over a week ago, no sign of them ,I phoned and was told that the red ruc sacks were finished, I then chose the blue rucsack . Here we are monday still no sign of the blue rucsack or 4 Clyde toys. Some one could have phoned early last week to tell me and I could have reordered then. A bit lax really. Ken Coutts 01357300601”

“Impressed with the quality of the products though think that some of the sizes are a bit small. My son is small age 8 and a 9-10 was snug on him when I would never normally need to buy that big a size. I also thought that it took a look time (a full week) from order to delivery to arrive and when you are paying £4.50 for that you expect a faster service. I placed an order with another company the same night who didn't charge for delivery and the product arrived the next day. Overall pleased with all we have had though.”

“Although very busy the queue within the Superstore moved very quickly and the staff welcoming. I had to return a polo shirt due to sizing & this was no problem. The quality of the polo is excellent & I would recommend the purchase.”

“Felt that the postage cost was expensive, also 8 day delivery not impressed, when I saw size of mascor for a total cost of just under £13.00 not good for Commonwealth Games 2014, I can buy toys of same size and much better quality for at least £4.00 cheaper, thought Scotland could do better realky enjoyed the games but this has tainted it for me.”

“Purchases not yet received I have contacted the company's help desk several times only to be informed no later than this morning 4/8/14 that the my order has not yet been dispatched and will hopefully be dispatched later today. I'm totally disappointed with this service having paid extra money for the goods to be sent within 2-3 working days.”
