“I bought these Swarovski frames because of their shape and size, since I knew they would be flattering on me. I was a bit concerned about the pink color, but in reality they turned out to be a darker shade, and are closer to red than pink, which is perfect! I absolutely love these frames. I only wish they came in lots more colors! Highly recommended.”

Dear Selena, We are sorry that it was not fast enough our service and that it did not meet your quality expectations. The frame was sent in great condition as it has passed the manufacturers quality checks. The damage sustained to the rubber tips, as mentioned in our previous emails, it is not covered by the warranty. We are sorry for not being able to help more.

“I come back to this company over an over again, but their process for reordering is really frustrating. There should be a "reorder" button, but there isn't so you have to find the glasses you want again, re-upload your script, etc. That's my only complaint.”
