“After trying other brands and having three kids in glasses, I have found Timato to be not only the most durable but the best quality but most important the most comfortable and ajustable than any other frame. The posibility to shorten the temples and change the nose pads is invaluable like no other, flexible but still hard enough to get a hard use as kids to, lightweight and fun. Los no comparison to the glasses gallery quality price and costumer service, gladly surprised and pleased.”

“My online experience and phone experience with customer service was great. My 3 year old son loves his new glasses and is actually wearing this pair much more than his last pair. The only problem we have experienced is that the standard lenses got scratched within hours of having them. I don't fault Glasses Gallery for this as children are pretty hard on glasses. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.”

“The only reason I have left 1 star review is because there’s not a option for -0. Quick and simple regarding my experience and what to expect; there’s no such thing as “EXPRESS SHIPPING” I paid extra for 2-3 days shipment and I didn’t realize it was coming from Hong Kong, therefore express shipping doesn’t exist and forget about customer service because the answer for everything is “somebody will call you back” and that doesn’t happen until days after... If your debating where to place an order, the best suggestion I would give you is, to first call customer service and ask to speak to somebody in charge, not even the representatives can provide any type of help, it’s false promises with fake lenses...”
