“Glasses were well made but unfortunately just a little to large for my small face. I'm more of a 51 & these were 54. Sure wish they were a little smaller.”

“I am really happy and surprised with my glasses and the service from this site. I lost my new $385.00 progressive glasses from Walmart, (and those were one of the cheaper frames!). I tried to reorder and the style was out of stock so I went searching on every glasses website I found. Finally I found this one and found great frames using the try on tool, the price was half of my walmart ones. They arrived fast, I love the look and great quality. Overall could not be more pleased.”

Dear Katie, A reply was given on 10/07 in regards to the replacement parts. Please accept our apologies as we had to wait for a reply from our supplier as we don't have that particular frame part of our stock, reason why no spare parts.

“NO the issue was never looked at past asking what it was. I always replied and got a email saying thank you for responding. Then a little while later I get an email saying it is closed. NOT IMPRESSED.”

Dear Tammy, A reply was given on 10/09 saying the following: "Your prescription glasses, which are on top of the video have the aspherical lenses and the new glasses from us is using the spherical lenses,and that's why you see such difference in comparison between both pairs." The optician also mentioned that it requires a bit of time for adjusting to this new lenses.
