“Excellent service start to finish. Website requested simple details. Professional follow up from their staff filled in the blanks and the glasses arrived as promised. Glasses themselves seem high quality and at a very reasonable price. Only a shame they dont do 1.74 thin lenses or I'd never go back to the High street!.”

“Needed some glasses quickly… as a constant contact lens wearer getting an eye infection made my decision not to get a decent pair of specs last time at the opticians rather silly. But luckily after a quick google search for ‘next day glasses’ ordered @ 15:45hrs on the Thursday & was wearing my new specs 11:00 the next day, VERY IMPRESSIVE considering they clearly needed to cut/fit the lenses & arrange collection/delivery in that time 11/10…”

“Unfortunately, my glasses were broken by a dementia patient whist working as a nurse!! However, I placed my order Monday morning with GlassesNow and they arrived in the post Tuesday morning - I couldn't believe it !! I thought with my prescription (-5.25 both eyes) I'd have to wait at least 1 to 2 weeks! When I asked several high street Opticians how long the glasses would take to be delivered, I was informed by several that they would have to see me and assess me again, even though I had a current prescription, and this would add to the delay in replacing my glasses. I am so confident in you guy's I've recommended loads of my colleagues, the service is second to none. I absolutely LOVE my RayBan's, everyone compliments me and are always telling me how much they suit me. I feel this has lifted my confidence immensely, and feel proud to be wearing such stylish glasses.”

“Great, efficient service despite DPD’s error. Very accommodating colleagues and attention to detail is something I appreciated. Katy was brilliant in fixing the delivery issue and Douglas double checked to make sure I got my order correct. You have some great people in this business and you should be proud to have them.
