“When i placed my order it showed the item in stock, i then quickly received an email notifying me that there was a discrepancy in the stock count and weren't available. They offered me a full refund or a similar pair but in Matt Black (not Gloss). I quickly phoned and sorted the problem and when i received them the next day.. i actually preferred them!!! Happy Days!!!”

“Frames arrived the following day after purchasing. There was a problem with the prescription that I entered on the website but Jenny telephoned immediately to rectify this. The frames and lenses are very good quality as expected and the price was significantly smaller than in a high street shop. Completely satisfied with both the product and the level of service and will not hesitate to recommend Glasses Now and will also shop here again.”

“initially did not have the frames i wanted in stock although online it said they did, the customer service after this mistake was excellent and I had my glasses within 2 days of this. Would highly recommend for service, price and delivery speed!”

“Good frames arrived as stated. No anti reflective coating on the inside so I get reflections from the windows behind me which is a bit annoying. The anti reflective on the front isn't that great either!”

Hi Thanks for your order and review. I would note that all our lenses have anti reflection coatings on both front and back surfaces and are of an excellent quality (same lenses as used by quality high st opticians) However if you are unhappy for any reason we are here to help.

“Brilliant! Excellent customer service, great advice and help from the online chat option and someone who can make and deliver your prescription glasses within 24 hours deserves as much credit as you can give them. Highly recommended and I will only use them in future. I almost forgot, the frames and lenses came in at under half the price of the exact same options in boots.”

“Service and delivery proved excellent, they said by 1pm next day but beat that by 2 hours! Quality is good and overall i'm very pleased with the outcome. i would certainly use them again.”
