“Very impressed! Ordered my Ray Bans in the afternoon & they arrived before 8am the following day. The same glasses were £35 more expensive in Sunglasses Hut. Would definitely use this company again, thank you :)”

“The service from GlassesNow was truly first class, and I am delighted with my new glasses. After the original frames I chose were too large, there was a no quibble return and they managed to recast the lenses into smaller frames. Delivery was superb and on both occasions had my new glasses by 8am the next morning. I could not praise the service more highly. Thank you Kim and Ellis for all your help and patience.”

“The service was great apart from they sent the wrong size frame 47-22 instead of the 50-22 I ordered, glassesnow said they would change them at no cost to myself but I haven't got the time to send them back and wait, I just hope the prescription is right as my right eye seems to weep a little when wearing, other than that delivery and frame were excellent.”

Hi James, We're really sorry you received the wrong product from us. We would hope that you'd get in touch with us first and see if we can resolve this by sending out a replacement, but I do understand you are frustrated enough that you want to write a review - this shouldn't have happened of course. Could you tell me which product you were sent, so we can get to the bottom of how this happened? I have personally dispatched the correct glasses to you today, so you should receive them tomorrow - as a gesture of goodwill, you're more than welcome to keep the frames we sent by mistake. “Glasses arrived promptly, but are of a very poor quality. One arm is very loose and I can't see them lasting very long. I am not sure the prescription is completely correct either, despite my being 100% accurate in entering the information. They'll do until my new glasses arrive from the optician, but I won't be using this company again.”

If you send your frame and lenses back to us, we're happy to replace them and check the prescription against what you entered. “I was concerned about getting a good par of glasses online and also about gettint it with the prescription lenses without trying it to make sure it is fine for my eyes. But I have to say, everything went perfect. I got my glasses in Dublin in less than 2 working days (SUPER FAST), the lenses are fine and it looks amazing. Also I brought to a shop to confirm it's legibility (Tom Ford) and again ALL GOOD with the best price.”
