“Wrong glasses came. No returns form with order. I have no means to print off a returns form and the company are not responding to my email.”

Hi Mark, I'm really sorry this has happened, this is not a typical customer experience. We don't include a returns form with the order simple because 99% of orders never need to use it and we don't want to send you bits of paper you don't need. We already offer free returns and we have found that most customers have access to a printer to print off a form and stick it to the box to send back to us. I'm really sorry this system didn't meet your expectations - we will review our returns method and we will look to improve this process in the future. We can send you a pre-paid printed returns label in the post, though this will take a day or two to arrive. There is no excuse for us sending you the wrong frame, however, and I will discuss this with the staff that sent your sunglasses to you. We do have checks in place to make sure this doesn't happen, but obviously in this case they have failed. I've spoken to the customer service agent who was dealing with your query, and he will reply to your email today. Apologies again, Nathan GlassesNow Web Manager. “Ordered my sunglasses online after searching for the best price! Very competitive! Paid by PayPal, which makes things quicker. Delivered in 2 days with all the lovely packaging I would have received in a shop. Excellent service!”

“Am so glad I found you!!! After trawling high street opticians and being told I'd have to wait a week for new specs I'd nearly given up. I'd tried the frames on in store so was very happy to find them online and for half the price, great deal on lenses and coatings. Thought it's too good to be true but was overjoyed when specs arrived (next day before I left for work) and they were perfect. Took a while to get used to new prescription but that's normal. Very, very happy with service, frames, lenses, price and especially quick delivery. Will def be back in 2 years for new ones (maybe earlier if I fancy a change) with these prices you can afford to! Brilliant, have already recommended you to friends. Thanks A+++++”

“This is the second time I have used Glasses now. It's easy to order and quick delivery of my glasses (9 am the next day). As I was getting new prescription glasses this time. I decided to call with a few questions. Everyone was happy to help, plus they made sure the glasses I wanted were in stock. I'm really happy with the service and my new Oliver Peoples Afton in matt black.”

“Fantastic service. Good strong frames, and lenses fit well in the frames. Can see at last and exactly to the same degree as when having my very comprehensive eye test in the opticians consultation. Will use this company again, and recommend them to others. Finally, glad l managed to get purple frames (my favourite colour!) in the exact shape l wanted. Very satisfied”

“I would like to thank GlassesNow for customer service, the likes of which I have not encountered for some time. Not only were the glasses I ordered over £100 less than Vision Express the delivery was super fast. I placed my ordered at 3pm on 30th December and received at 10am the next day. Well Done Royal Mail and GlassesNow.!!”

“Needed the glasses urgently and saw GlassesNow could deliver next day even over the holiday season. Recieved confirmation and told my order was dispatched. Waited in all day the following day and the glasses never arrived....this was on tuesday the 30th December, by the Saturday still no glasses. Numerous emails sent but felt GlassesNow really didn't care all too much no real apology or concern and no offer of a replacement pair was just told wait till Monday and see if they arrive then...oh, and then I got sent an email from them that was addressed too another customer who Im guessing also didn't recieve their glasses. Eventually told glasses were found and would be sent but by this point it was too late, and even then there was no 'really sorry for the inconvenience etc' or 'how can we make it right' so i told them to forget it. If you get your order im sure they are great...if something goes wrong like it did with me however...well, customer service aint a strong point here be warned”

Hi Mike, We're really sorry this happened - the next day shipping claim should have been removed over the holiday period. The lack of response was due to reduced staff over Christmas - we do care that you get your frames on time and we apologise completely for this. You're right - it's only great if you get your frames on time and we didn't manage it - the fact that we get it right for all our other customers doesn't mean much to you, understandably. Customer service is our strong point as our other reviews show (which we've worked very hard to achieve), but we missed the mark on your order. If you do decide to try our service again, we'd like to demonstrate how we fulfil orders successfully next day.
